How to lodge a Grievance?

Online Grievance – Only for Public

Using this link, the general public can submit their grievance on the Portal. After the initial scrutiny, the submitted grievance will be forwarded to the Concerned Officer and processed. For each grievance, the applicant will get an SMS on both submission and final disposal of the grievance. A mobile number is mandatory to avail this facility. You can check the grievance Status online
