Bhediya Bet Hanuman Ji

Bhediya Bet Hanuman is a temple located near the India-Pakistan border in Gujarat, and it is also known as “Ghanti Wale Hanuman” because devotees offer bells here when their wishes are fulfilled. This temple is associated with a statue of Lord Hanuman that was brought by soldiers from Pakistan after the 1965 Indo-Pak war.

Location and Establishment:

The temple is located in the Kutch region of Gujarat, near a BSF post on the India-Pakistan border.

History:

After the 1965 war, Indian soldiers returning from Pakistan found an idol of Lord Hanuman. According to local legend, Hanuman Ji told the soldiers to take him along, after which they installed the idol at this place.

Ghanti Wale Hanuman:

The temple is popularly known as “Ghanti Wale Hanuman” (Hanuman with Bells). Devotees offer bells here as a symbol of their fulfilled wishes.

Maintenance:

The temple is maintained and managed by the Border Security Force (BSF), including the daily worship rituals.

Significance:

This temple holds religious importance for both soldiers and local residents living near the border. Recently, the temple has been renovated and given a grand appearance.
